Dimple spar, ribs, skin and trim spar. Lay out of the skin is critical. The top holes for the spar are all drilled with #40 for 3/32 rivets, but the bottom uses a combination of 3/32 and 1/8 rivets. This combination is determined by the availibility of having the tools to reach the 3/32 holes for squeezing those rivets. The trim spar gets dimpled and countersunk. don't confuse which side gets what!! I am getting the process of building down to a consistant pattern. I now mark with a Sharpie all the notes I may need right on the skin. Rivet sizes, dimple sizes, and TOP and BOTTOM are written right there in front of me. The plans are very good but sometimes the information is hard to find when it is needed. So, I spend some quality time reviewing the drawings and writing the notes.
