Start right elevator tip. Drill and dimple skin, install nut plates.
I had previously played with the fiberglass tips when I built the elevators. I had filed and sanded them to where they fit into the elevator. I thought, “Gee, I hope all the other fiberglass parts fit as nice as this”. I now know better. Anyway, this tip still fits nice and just needed the nutplates and dimples to be finished.
