Brief Description:  Prep baggage covers

Prepared the rear baggage covers. Fit to compartment walls and rear bulkhead. I just can't bring myself to rivet these panels on. I decided that if the floors must be removeable, then the side covers should be also. I drilled for nutplates. The rear most screws needed to be countersunk so the rear bulkhead will fit flush. Not hard, just tedious to do while laying in the fuselage.

The front baggage covers need to be cut at an angle. This proved to be to most difficult part of the job. I couldn't fit the cover into the bandsaw and the little scrollsaw still wouldn't get close to the line. I ended up using a hand nibbler, it took a bit longer but I was able to get real close and the scotchbright wheel did the rest.
