I really liked the course. The instructor was very good. They handed out a manual with references. They included fasteners (including riveting), Aluminum allows (advantages / tradeoffs between strength, weight and corrosion resistance), and miscellaneous stuff. We had several projects for riveting. A practice wing section is show here. It included pull rivets, flat heads and counter sunk rivets. This project also had hinge for a flap and an access hole. The instructor made suggestions on how to rivet better and showed us what makes a good rivet job.
