Brief Description: Fitting the top fuselage sikns

Top skin was fitted. Most of the effort was in making sure all of the longerongs were centered. A mispring was found that caused some confusion. It siad the F-688 Gusset, when it would have been the F-788 Gusset. Cost sometime.
