I'm still good about working every day, but also still terrible about posting. Anyway, since last post, I have reinforced the top cowl, for the kit fiberglass is just too flimsy to allow the sanding pressures necessary to accomplish good bodywork. So I added two bid carbon fiber to the otherwise un-reinforced portions of the upper cowl. That worked great, so now the upper cowl is stiff enough to sand properly.
Also, Have now bonded on the lower cowl exhaust flares. This took a great deal of time, because they had to be first bonded with Hysol, then reinforced with three bid on both inside and outslde. Result if pretty good, but they are a bit non-symetrical. Probably will not be noticeable to anyone but me, but I know it. Will fix later.
