Again, not much progress, it seems. I've been locating passageways for upcoming wiring through the vertical reinforcements. This takes some figuring, to make sure that I can route the required wires, cables, static lines, etc. without interference with control rods, rudder cables, door latches. Regarding the door latches, the photo below shows the latches themselves in their approximate location.
