Spent a lot of time today just sanding and rounding edges of all the supports, passage holes, etc. This is tedious work, all of which will of course be hidden. Didn't quite finish, due to time constraints and need for some more micro work. Reasons for all this effort include the desire for no rough edges where hoses, rods, etc pass, and to make sure that when work needs to be done there are no sharp edges or shark's teeth to cut or srape.
