Brief Description:

Since last post, I've made a sandwich panel for rear seat toe kick, armrests, etc., and have made the toe kick. Next came installing the rudder cable conduit. That has been a bit of a problem, for the close tolerance between the cable and the nyloseal is so small, that any curves in the nyloseal induces friction. I finally got the holes in the various flanges made as close to a straight line as possible, then placed the nyloseal in boiling water to relax it a bit from its coiled storage configuration, then place it, still hot, in the holes, taping it in place until it cooled. All that seems to work pretty well, but I'm still not entirely happy with the residual friction. I'll get it alll together and see how it feels when all hooked up.
