Today we started by getting the parts off the trailer, attaching the main gear, fairings, wheels and wheel pants. Then with the help of Brad, staff members Dylan and Jeremy, my friend Steve and myself, we bolted the wings to the fuselage. Then we bolted on the flaps, ailerons and wing tips. The purpose of all this was to get ready to align all flight controls and to do the bodywork necessary to provide for a smooth transition from the wing root fairings to the wing, and a nice straight and even gap between the wing and fairing. Steve developed an affinity for the creeper.
