Wow! Lots of micro to fill around these fairings. Cathy yesterday helped me yesterday by mixing while I spread. That helped a lot. But sanding it all down, there's the rub. I can at this stage only go for about an hour at a time before the arms and shoulders start to weaken. It is starting to look pretty good, though. The theory is to put on a fairly thick layer of micro, then sand to meet the high spots. That does work, but it's really hard to judge the thickness of the micro over a large area to determine if there really is enough. There's also the problem of the occasional air pocket. The best answer for this, I believe, is a spot filler, but I'll have to check on that. Pictures show micro applied, and just a bit of sanding on the right front.
