The flox pads inside the wheel pants turned out a lot better than I thought they would. The hardest part of the process was figuring out how to do it. After that, it was really easy and quick. It did take some time to sand off the excess after the flox cured, although I did keep the excess to a minimum. That cured epoxy/flox is hard stuff.
I also drilled the holes for the brake access cover mounting screws, so that I could assemble them in preparation for fitting the leg fairings. That process is kicking my butt. I want to end up with the three fairings fitting flush with each other, with only a small seam gap. Manual is of course not really helpful.
