Yesterday and today I finished reinforcing the spar box supports. This process required a lot of 9 bid. It took almost a gallon of epoxy and two to three yards of glass. Not all that made its way to the airplane, of course, as I do make the layups oversize and cut to the paper templates I first fit to the appropriate area. A fair amount of bid with epoxy ends up in the trash, but that way I always have the correct amount of layers in place. Next is the forward wing attach bracket bulkhead. Looking ahead, the reinforcements for that are quite bulky as well.
