I'm closing in on finishing the new aileron. It's fully closed, except for the ends, and the trailing edge is filled with flox and sanded straight. Tonight I trimmed the trailing edge of the flap, which I had mistakenly extended a year ago. That went a lot easier than I thought, as I was worried that the trialing edge of the flap would end up being too thick, but it's just fine. Next I'll fill the ends of the aileron and align the trailing edges of the flap and wing tip.
