Sanded the flap radius patch, then temporarily mounted the flap, aileron and wing tip. This was to get a straight line for the trailing edge of all three. Then I cut the trailing edges of the flap and aileron. This created an issue, of course. Now the trailinge edge of the aileron is thicker than the 1/4 to 5/16 inch specified. To fill the trailing edge, I had to rout out the trailing edge, so that process will allow a bit of and ability to reduce the thickness of the trailing edge, but not much. In the end, it will exceed the specs by a bit.
