Yesterday I potted in the last of the ribs, so all are now ready to place the micro fillets and reinforcing. Tonight I began that process, and managed to complete two ribs. The hard part of this process is the sanding. What I've decided to do is to sand the joints, form the micro fillets, let them cure for an hour, then apply the reinforcing bid while the fillets are still active. That saves an entire round of sanding, vacuuming, cleaning, etc. No pix tonight, as they reallly don't show much at this stage.
