After work today, with all four of the flap ribs fabricated, it was time to mark the areas of the ribs that are to be reinforced with phenolic. That required positioning the hinges on the ribs, checking for verticality, and marking. That was followed with cutting out paper templates, then transferring those to the 1/4 inch phenolic, then cutting on the bandsaw. Smelly.
Probably won't work on the ES tomorrow, and will be on my way to Sun 'N Fun Thursday morning.
