Brief Description:

The last two days I've figured out how to route the wires from the aileron servo. What I decided to do was to use a 1/4 inch nylon tube for a conduit, and to route it along the foward edge of the aileron spar, sort of in conformance with the manual. I fixed the conduit to the spar with micro and one bid, as shown in the photos. I belled the end of the nylon tubing by heating the end of a plumb bob, and pushing the tube onto the bob. This created a nice, non-abrading exit from the conduit. On the outboard end, I'll wait to finish it out until I finish the aileron close-out.

Also today I set the pitot tube, essentailly according to the manual. However, the manual calls for the pitot tube to be horizontal, and to be super-glued to the lower skin during cure. Doesn't work that way, due to the shape of the lower skin. So I built a holding device from wood, which will hold the pitot horizontal during the cure of the 4 bid used to form the mast.
