Tonight I made the mold for the aileron actuating arm fairing. This one I made from some leftover poplar from another project. I decided to coat this mold with epoxy to allow easy separation from the layup. What is shown here shows three layers of epoxy, two of which I applied after about thirty minutes in the toaster oven. Looks pretty good for a mold.
