Not much time this week, and USPS delivered the bolts from Aircraft Spruce to the wrong address, and other obligations, blah, blah, blah. Nevertheless, I did make progress. I was able to install all proper length bolts, washers and nyloc nuts necessary to fix the wing attachment bracket to the forward shear web. After that, I prepared the mandated 1/4 inch foam piece to fit over the attachment bolts. Then, per instructions, I surrounded the bolt heads with epoxy/flox, bonded the foam over the bolts, then covered the whole mess with 2 bid. All this was necessary because the bolts are inside the fuel bays. Here's hoping for the best.
