Brief Description:

This weekend I was able to complete reinforcing of all but the inboard BL 27.5 rib. This rib takes 5 bid at a minimum, and has one 14 bid flange, so that means a lot of epoxy. Unfortunately I'm running a bit low, so I did not want to start either side unless I could be sure of finishing. I figure that the overlapping corner joint reinforcements will provide a better gasoline tight bond if they are laid at one time. Wet epoxy to wet epoxy. This is the nervous point, where what I do now determines whether the fuel bays leak. That's why, in no small part, I'm taking extra time to sand the micro radii in the joints, and removing as much extra micro as possible. Anyway, I've got more expoxy ordered, and it should be here in a couple of days, as Aircraft Spruce's east coast warehouse is just a few miles away, and I usually get my shipments real quickly.
