Brief Description:

Today I started towards the forward inboard left wing, reinforcing each rib. I'm learning how to sort of mass producing reinforcing strips, utilizing economies of scale, to an extent. What I'm talking about is taking advantage of the relatively slow cure rate of the epoxy, to cut out, wet out and apply the greatest number of strips my table and the cure time will allow, at one time. Thus, I cut out the plastic sandwich material, lay out multiple bid strips, wet them all out in a continuous sequence, then apply them likewise in a continuous sequence. Of course this is done after prepping all the joints I believe I can do at one time. Seems to work pretty well, as I got what seems to me to be quite a fair amount done today. I'm hoping to get most of the forward ribs done this week. By the way, I found that wrapping sandpaper around a glue stick works great to sand the micro filllets.
