Made a lot of progress today. I decided not to try to form the micro fillets at the same time as potting in the ribs from here on. I'm just cleaning up the joints after potting in, then will go back after the joints cure and form the fillets. This will keep the ribs very stable when forming the fillets. Got the camera working, so pix resume.
Only five more ribs to pot in. Then I can begin reinforcement. All ribs except BL39 are perpindicular to the skins. BL 39 is true vertical. Thus photo 3 below, which shows the verticality of this rib.
