Well, I'm back. The last six months or so have been spent remodeling a house for my daughter. Now done, it's time to get back to the state of frustration. I'm dealing with the station 202.5 end rib. If I fit it to conform to the cradles, the aileron will be about one quarter inch thicker than the opening of the upper and lower wing skins. If I use the rib as constructed according to the template, then the opening is about right. I am paranoid about making modifications to the design, as embodied by the cradles. I know this is an ancient kit, and nobody now puts together slow build kits. But does anybody have any suggestions?
