Brief Description: Completed reinforcing shear web
The manual calls for a 7 bid full width reinforcement/capstrip combination for the inner 16 inches of the forward shear web, which was my chore for today. This turned out to be a bit of a fiddle, for it has to be accomplished while the lower wing skin is in place. The aft portion of the job was pretty straightforward, as there was a reasonable amount of room to work. But the forward section - not so much. I'm sure that there well be more than a few left over air bubbles, but hopefully not too much for safety. I'll pop the lower skin off tomorrow to see how the process went.
