Brief Description: Fitted and reinforced forward shear web
The manual says that the next step is to fit the lower wing skin to the forward shear web. Sounds simple enough. Sure. That involves attaching and removing the upper cradle halves about a dozen times, with judicious sanding of the shear web between cycles. Not fun or fast, but it had to be done, and it finally turned out well. After that, I reinforced the shear web with 3 bid as per the manual.
