Finished cutting out the shear web tonight. Next task was to make and bondo in a few braces to hold the shear web in place during bonding in. I varied from the manual suggestion, and think my design for the braces works much better. The pictures below show the braces attached to the upper skin with bondo, and the shear web clamped in place. Next I can micro in the shear web, and begin to reinforce the assembly.
