Finished reinforcing the main spar closeout today, then started laying out the shear web. After dinner, I began cutting out the shear web. That's made from 5 bid each side honeycomb, 3/8 inches thick, with a 3/8 inch piece of phenolic bonded in on one end. That much material eats blades for breakfast.
