Today was a pretty big day. I made an adjustable cradle set-up to support the HS while leveling, aligning and setting the incidence. After that, with help from friends, we set the wings in the fuselage. That was a lot easier than I remember. To prepare for that, I cleaned the wing spar bushings and lubricated them, and waxed the mating surfaces of the wing spars to make them slide more easily. They actually went in very easily, and the bolts were quite easy to set, due in large part to having two guys at the wing tips to move the wings around to get alignment. Almost no banging required.
