Spent more time today fitting the trim tab, with gap filler attached, to the elevator. This required a combination of heating and clamping the new trailing edge of the elevator and careful sanding of the gap filler. I've got freedom of travel upward, but downward, there is just a slight interference at the extreme of downward travel. It doesn't bind, but the last milimeter of travel makes the servo labor just a bit before it cuts off at the travel limit. I'll work on it more tomorrow and get full range of travel before filling and final micro application.
