Brief Description:  End rib construction

Again, not a lot of time to work tonight. But I did get to try an idea I had for fitting the end elevator ribs. I fabricated the ribs basically as best as I could. Fitting to the lower skin is easy by now, because it is open. But fabricating to fit the top skin is a bit of a guess. So I gave it my best shot, then placed about a 1/4 inch roll of modeling clay on top of the rib, while it was in place on the bottom skin. Then placed the top skin on, with the three layers of duct tape, and pressed it into position over the bottom skin. What remained of the clay revealed the distance between the rib and the top skin. So, leaving the clay in place, after trimming off the squeeze out, I used the combination of rib and clay to trace a new rib. Yes, I did waste some prepreg, but the result is a much more accurate end rib.
