Brief Description:  Trim tab inspection panel

The manual provides that the trim tab inspection panel is to be fabricated, and nut plates installed, after closing the elevators. Call me naive, but why not work on all that when everything is still accessable? So this afternoon I cut out the remainder of the panel, trued the edges of the panel and the opening, and floxed in the gap to allow a near perfect fit in the long run. I'm not exactly sure that I did this correctly, byt the good thing about composite construction is that if you make a mistake, just go back a few steps and start again.

Also tonight I am baking the elevator weight mold, as it is still somewhat moist, and I don't believe can be sanded and covered in micro when damp. We'll see.
