Brief Description:  Final right capstrip reinforcement

Final right capstrip reinforcements installed this afternoon, and I trimmed up the cured reinforcment from the last couple of days. Tomorrow I can trim up the last reinforcments placed today. After this process, I'm pretty amazed at the apparent strength of these capstrips, and in genral all of these structures. The real test is after the upper skins are bonded to the capstrips with Hysol. The manual calls for a mixture of flox and Hysol, but no mention of ratios. Anyone who reads this and has insight, please send me a message.

Also tomorrow I'll move to the left elevator, to continue laying out the trim tab and associated spars. Then it's on to more capstrips. I've learned a bit about this construction, so the next set of capstrips will go more quickly. I'm over 140 hours into the elevators, and that amout of time is really hard to believe. I'll chalk up a good portion of that to the learning curve. Now I'm beginning to appreciate why it takes some folks 2-3000 hours to complete these aircraft. Not that I'm complaining, as for me this is much more about the process than the result.
