Brief Description: Capstrip reinforcement

Didn't have a whole lot of time today, so I was only able to reinforce a small part of the capstrips on the right elevator. The important part is that I'm doing something every day. After yesterday's reinforcement, I trimmmed the excess. The resulting strength of the capstrips is quite amazing. Over-enginerring was probably the watchword in the desing of this airplane. More capstrip reinforcement tomorrow.
