Since last post, I've applied what I had left of my WLs primer. I had plenty of base left over, but not enough catylist to provide two coats, which are both necessary. After letting what I did apply cure, I blocked it out with 180, being very careful not to sand through the copper beneath. My biggest problem now is lead time on getting new WLS.
