Today I fabricated the spacers for the inboard aileron bellcranks. The manual calls for "Orkot" spacers, so I looked everywhere for some Orkot spacer material, to no avail. After some email exchanges with Justin at Lancair, and reviewing lots of photos from other builders, I finally decided that phenolic was fine, and I did find those blocks tonight. So drill and sand away I did. Tomorrow if I'm not too tired I'll bond in the inboard aileron bellcrank supports.
