Yesterday and today I trimmed the counterweights on the left aileron to gain the specified range of travel. That required that I re-balance the aileron. To do that I fabricated supports for the hinges, mounted them on a board spaced appropriately, and mounted the board to a work table, leveling it. Then I mounted the aileron, and added about 50 grams of lead to the weight tab, balancing the aileron to account for the lead I removed.
