Brief Description:

It's been over a month since I've logged my progress. Two weeks of that time were on vacation, so no work. Every other day I have been working, but all on the same thing. Since mid-June, I've completed body working the elevators and rudder, primed them, then blocked and re-primed with WLS primer. My techniques have gotten better, so the results are accpetable. Not professional grade, but well within acceptable limits for primer. I'm not even estimating the time it's taken, but it's a lot, at least a couple of hours per day.

Now I'm in the final stages of body working the vertical stabilizer and its junction with the horizontal stabilizer and fuselage. Micro first, then sanding the micro, then Evercoat Gold. This is a very physical effort, for gravity is not your friend. It's all arms and shoulders. The trickiest part is the fillet at the vertical stabilizer/horizontal stabilizer junction. Inspection panels are also, as always, a tedious effort.

Today I continued the Evercoat process on the left side. Photos are left and right sides, as well as primed elevators and rudder.
