Didn't get a lot done today, but did get the Piper style ground power receptacle modified with a 5/16" brass stud soldered in. My friend Bill helped by turning down a brass bolt on one of his three lathes to fit perfectly the inside diameter of the rear of the receptacle, which he also trimmed for me to length. When I got home, I squared off two edges to make sure the bolt did not spin after being soldered in. Then I filled up the cavity, with bolt inserted, with solder, and the whole assembly turned out just fine.
