This is a multi-day post. I really have been working pretty regularly, but vacation intervened, and the less than crystal clear manual has intervened as well. Anyway, after cutting out the rear seat bottom and back from my remaining honeycomb, it has become clear that I don't have enough of that to complete all panels necessary. Luckily a friend gave me some manufacturer's samples of carbon fiber cloth, so I've started making my own non-structural panels, such as the spar box cover and the front seat mount cover. Today I tried my hand at vacuum bagging, after doing a bit of reading on the interweb. Looks pretty good tonight, so we'll see how the first attempt looks tomorrow.
