Spent some time today trying to figure out just how to mate the three main gear fairings. Some progress, but more figuring to do. After that, I mated the attach brackets to the wheel pants. This involved making a flox release between the brackets and the inside of the pants. I finally figured out that the way to do that was to make up a dry epoxy/flox mix, stiff enough to form by hand, much like play-doh, place it onto the bracket, then fit the braket to the already fixed bracket and forming the fillets by hand using a mirror to check progress. We'll see tomorrow whether this idea worked. Should be fine, though.
