Over the last week I've worked every day on the wing fairing ribs and webs, potting them in and reinforcing them. That seems like an easy enough task, but really it's not easy. Persistence pays off, though, so today I finished that part of the job. What I did not do was to place the two bid reinforcing on the outboard edges of the ribs. I'll save that until after the upper fairings are in place, for I intend to add about 1/4 inch additional to enable me to trim to the correct gap between the fairing and wing.
