Big day today. After final prep work, I assembled friends and volunteers, and with lots of help, closed the right wing. This closing went much smoother than the left wing last March. I learned then that the real time expanding factor is weighing the Hysol. With only one scale, it took forever last March for the volunteers to mix their own cups of Hysol. So this year, for about an hour before the volunteers arrived, I weighed most of the Hysol we needed, but didn't mix any. That way, when we were ready to go, everyone was able to mix at the same time. That one change saved about an hour. Also this time, I used Hysol for the whole wing. That took about one more quart, but in the end is probably a better choice. Anyway, thanks to all.
