Trimmed up the aileron rib reinforcements placed yesterday, and did a preliminary fit of the lower skin. This was necessary to ensure first that the trailing edge ends up at 1/4 inch per specs, then that the lower skin to wing skin trailing edge gap is acceptable at this point. After that, I reinforced the BL 145.5 rib with 8 bid, and made up flox pads for the aileron idler and bellcrank mounting brackets on the BL 75 and BL 145.5 ribs. In the process of all this, I discovered that I'm missing a couple of bearings and bearing mounts for the aileron idler. That will take about a week for delivery from Lancair.
