I've been working a bit just about every day, but landscaping projects keep getting in the way. Getting the warp about of the trailing edge turned out to be essentially hopeless. No matter what method I tried, it just wouldn't hold a straight shape. The deviation is only about 1/16 of an inch or so. I finally decided just to proceed, and deal with the uneven gap after the aileron is closed.
The end of today's progress was bonding in the aileron spar.
