I've made some progress over the last few days. Finished the shear web reinforcement, which turned out very nicely. I've also finished the miscellaneous rib reinforcements around the fuel pickup block, the slosh doors, the BL 27.5 nose rib and the aileron hing attach points. After that, I began attaching the wing attach bracket. I'm doing this side strictly according to the manual, which calls for the bracket first to be clamped to the rear of the shear web, while the four bolts closest to the upper wing are drilled in, then bolted to its final position on the front of the shear web while the remaining seven bolts are drilled in. The problem is that the space available for drilling the holes from the front is very limited. That calls for some bits I don't have, but have ordered. They will be here Monday. In the meantime I'll do some final fitting of the ribs, and will pot them in. Fun, fun, fun.
