Yesterday's aileron patch sanded down perfectly. After that, I began, carefully, the outboard half of the upper aileron to wing gap. I made some good progress, but not quite finished. The trick, I've found, is keeping a fair curve on the leading edge of the aileron, while slowly increasing the gap evenly throughout the operating range. Sort of like juggling.
