The flap trailing edge is about 3/8 inch shorter than the aileron trailing edge. So today, in addition to reinforcing the lower flap skin at the outboard end, I added a 2 bid extension to the trailing edge of the flap. I added more than necessary, but that will be easy to adjust later.
