Started today by adding micro to the upper wing trailing edge where I added the 3 bid yesterday. Then I spent some time making a long sanding board, out of 2" x 3" aluminum rectangular tubing, and glued three 24 inch sanding belts to the three inch side. After that, with yesterday's leading edge micro cured, I began sanding. I did make progress, and it's clear that the leading edge will come around to quite straight. But this is surely no easy task. But what the heck, I need the exercise. In preparation for building the flap, I also removed the peel-ply from the flap skins, a tedious but necessary task.
