Over the past two evenings I've completed fitting the aileron trim servo and have potted in the trim tab. I added a two bid reinforcement to the servo mounting nutplates, just for an added bit of security. Hope those nutplates last, because they are really imbedded now. It took quite a bit of time to carefully sand and scrape the mounting flange, to get the servo to fit really flush with the aileron skin. Probably a lot more work than was really necessary, especially since the servo is on the underside of the aileron, thus practically invisible.
Also, I got the hinge half that serves as the trim tab imbedded into the upper aileron skin with flox. Next is making the aileron capstrips.
